Is this okay for complete beginners?
Yes. The intro is meant for people who are new, returning, or unsure where they fit.
Do I need to be in shape first?
No. You start with movement, positions, and control. Fitness builds through consistent practice.
Will I have to spar in my first class?
No. Your first visit is guided and low pressure. You will not be thrown into hard sparring.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing. You do not need to own a gi. We can lend you a trial gi if you need one.

Northbound is in NDG and serves Hampstead, Côte Saint-Luc, and Montreal West.
