First class

Come as you are. We’ll guide you.

Your first class is about seeing the academy, meeting the coaches, and learning how training works on the mats. No experience is required.

What to bring

A fitted shirt or rashguard, pocketless shorts, a water bottle, and sandals for walking off the mats.

Beginners welcome?

Yes. Instruction is progressive, and partners are chosen to keep the pace safe, useful, and appropriate.
