Thanks for reaching out. We’ll text or email you to choose the right class for your child’s age, size, experience, and confidence. When you arrive, we’ll help your child settle in and we’ll have a clean trial gi ready if they want to wear one.

Choose a class time
If you’re not sure which class fits, we’ll help you choose one that makes sense.
Arrive a little early
Come 10 to 15 minutes before class so your child can see the room, meet the coach, and settle in.
What your child needs
No uniform purchase and no special prep. The first visit should feel comfortable.
Comfortable clothes
A t-shirt and shorts or leggings are enough for the first visit.
Water
Bring a bottle. We’ll keep the first class steady and low-pressure.
